And has an annual production capability of precision castings of up to 800 tons.
Baixin Precision Investment casting factory is devoted to improve the casting quality to meet the various customer’s requirements for high quality precision castings.
Our factory could supply customer contented metal elements compositions with Germany spectrometer , The precision casting could be free-machining ,and the dimension precision of casting could achieve under 3% of specification. The minimum thickness could be 2mm with enough dimension precision and roughness . Could eliminate casting defects such as pore/black dot/measling . The weight tolerance can control under±4 gram.
Baixin Precision Casting have two divisions : Precision casting hardware and Golf
Main production of Precision casting hardware:
1.Series construction hardware such as patch fitting /hinge/claw connection/hinge/locks/door handle/pin/
stabilizer/stainless panhandle etc.
2.Precision casting hardware of stainless steel/carbon steel/alloy steel, parts of mechanical equipment/electric tools hardware/tableware&cabinet/medical instrument/chroming hangs/automobile parts/valve hardware etc. precision casting and machining production.
Main production of Golf department:
1.Dunlop, Ram, Golden bear, U.s.kids golf, Knight
1.Have OEM orders of Dunlop/Ram/Golderbear/U.S.kids golf/Knight etc. foreign brand. Monthly output 350K of small ball-head and 50K of big ball-head.
2.Develop series golf of ‘Eagle wolf’ by ourselves.
3.Develop lost wax casting of aluminum alloy golf head by ourselves
4.Can develop special mode golf upon the requirements of customer.
