The flexo-printing unit provides exceptional print quality.
For exceptionally tight registration tolerances,a wide faced
gear train with planetary gear registers are fitted.
1:1 print to impression cylinder diameters are standard on most models as are push-button incremental lateral and rugging register controls to allow precise print registration.Stereo height is to order,enabling customers to utilize stereos, avoiding additionalcost. Laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls are standard utilizing the latest European engraving technology providing the customer
with the facility to order their own engraving specification.
Optional motorization of print to impression gap,anilox-to-plate gap,pull collar gap and lateral positioning for faster and more accurate setups.Available in either top or bottom printing styles for various sizes of machine.

Featuring separate lead and trail slotting shafts for faster
set-up times avoiding knives alteration throughout the range of box sizes with primary and secondary scoring shafts to provide precise score-lines. Allcreaser and slotter heads are yoked and push-button motorized to ensure fast accurate setup,with multiple levels of automation available as an option . Slotting Knives are hardened, ground and serrated providing sharp and clean slotting .
