Product summary: 
Epoxy intermediate coating is used as the intermediate layer of epoxy floor paint and floor paint to increase the thickness and strength of the entire coating. It can be used as a leveling and repairing tool for poor foundation flatness. It can also increase the engineering load, wear resistance and impact resistance. Epoxy base oil consists of a special epoxy resin main agent and a polyamide hardener as the main film-forming substance, followed by a two-component epoxy primer composed of a solvent and a surfactant. Primer for epoxy coatings, which increases the adhesion of the ground and the function of the back cover. The combination of the two with the cement surface is strong and does not crack or peel off. 
Construction process: 
1) Base oil: 
1, grassroots processing 
Use abrasive stones to remove coarse particles, remove trash and floating dust, keep the ground clean and the surrounding environment clean. Sealed with PE paper for three days without water. 
2, base oil coating 
Use UP 079: UP- 079B = 2:1 to mix evenly and apply by roller coating. Generally, the amount of 0.2KG/m2 powdered ground should be 2-3 times with primer and 2-3mm thick. 
2) in the coating: 
Folding construction method: 
Select the right tool to level the ground than scraping, wiping, rolling, etc., and then dry it and sand it. 
Folding surface treatment: 
The primer should be dry and dilute all oil and debris. 
Folding construction conditions: 
The substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the air temperature; 
Ambient temperature not less than 85% and temperature not greater than 5°C 
Folding coating number: 
Suggest 1-2 ways to level the ground. .
