Established in 1986, Yuyao Zhenxing Industry Developing Co.,Ltd.ISO9001 2000& ISO/TS16949 2000 certified company Located in Lianghui Economic Developing Zone Yuyao City Which enjoy reputation of long history and splendid culture. The company totally covers an area of 12600 square meters including current factory of 4800 square meters as well as new plant under construction of 7800 square meters boasting convenient transportation,only one kilometer away from the entrance of Hangyong expressway, 38 kilometers from Ningbo airport and 80 kilometers from Hangzhou airport.
The company is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in precision mechanical machining and have capacity of 30million annually. Mainly two products series included .one is Automobile parts such as : Throttle plate throttle shaft flange thermosister sensor and all sorts of Joints for Pipeline system . the other is Motorcycle parts,including :Needle needle valve floater needle valve assembly and precision adjusting screw etc.
The company equipped with all kinds of advanced manufacturing and testing equipments, manufacturing equipment such as Multistage cold former, Automatic tapping machine,Screw rolling machine,Japanese computer numerical controlled (CNC)lathe, Ningjiang straight-cutting automatic lathe, Numerical- controlled(NC) lathe, Engine lathe, and so on, totally more than 160 sets. There are high precision for testing equipments , such as Digital profile projectors, Toolmaker's microscope, surface roughness testing apparatus , surface coating testing instrument ,rubber hardness tester,leak checking equipments, elasticity checking equipments and so on.
We start to produce auto fittings since 1986, and now we are tier 2 supplier of GM, Volkswagen, Ford, Honda. etc
