Microcrystalline cellulose is the modified cellulose after hydrolysis of natural cellulose. It is chemically inert and can be combined with all active ingredients. It also has viscosity and good plastic deformation ability, which can improve the hardness of tablets and promote disintegration. Mainly used as tablet adhesive, diluent, disintegrating agent, the amount of consumption is generally 5-60%, can be added in wet granulation, can also be used for adding, can also be used in the dry adhesive of the whole powder directly pressing tablets, but also can be used as the diluent of capsules, the amount of consumption is generally 10%-60%.
Microcrystalline cellulose PH-102 grain size is between 70-100 μm which is larger particle size, it is suitable for tablet preparation of direct compression method and improving the fluidity of capsule fillings, with good fluidity and compressibility.
