1. Part Maching (CNC Turning Centers)

The SHARP series CNC lathe has a 45" slant bed, featuring powerful cutting, high torque output, and extra rigid structure. It prevents deformation on the bed and assures high stability while heavy duty machining. The slant bed design facilitates too mounting, change and inspection. Precision ball screws on two axes combined with high precision spindle provide high machining accuracy and fine finish surface. The SHARP series integrates fine craftsmanship, superior structural rigidity in a compact machine, and creates good value for high precision machining jobs.

2. Bar Maching (CNC Turning Centers)

1. The sub-spindle is suitable for back side machining which saves time in secondary machining.
2. The sub-spindle accommodates a 6"3-jaw chuck or a collet chuck.
3. The two-spindle series feature high spindle speed,fine precision and excellent effciency.
4. 12-position turret.

3. CNC Turning Lathes

The LYICO series is a single spindle double turret CNC automatic lathe, integrating many fine features such as high speed, precision construction throughout, proven quality, and high efficiency. Especially ideal for turning various parts, including automotive parts, valves, electronic components and computer components. Other features included are:
(1) 30" slant bed construction. 510mm maximum swing, 320mm maximum turning diameter, 315mm maximum turning length. Easy to remove chips with an ergonomic structural design.
(2) Inside and outside diameters can be cut simultaneously. It saves 1/3~1/2 cutting time over conventional lathes.
(3) Parts catcher is normally applied together with collet chuck and bar feeder for fully automatic operation. This also permits parts to be separated from chips.

4. Bar Maching (CNC Turning Lathes)

1. The machine is equipped with a drilling slide enabling it to perform 0.D and I.D. machining at one time.
2. 8-position turret.
3. The spindle accommodates a 6"3-jaw chuck or collet chuck.
4. 20" slant bed structure facilitates chip disposal and easy access to workpieces.
5. Bar feeder shown in picture is optional.

5. Part Maching (CNC Turning Centers)

The SPEED series cnc lathe is excellent for heavy duty and continuous machining operations. The machine is carefully designed and built to ensure long term accuracy and fine finish on workpiece surfaces. The 30" slant bed structure combined with the use of linear motion guides provides extremely smooth motion. Fast traverse and quick tool change on the turret saves considerable non-cutting time. The machine features maximum stability when cutting various types of workpieces. Can also be dquipped with a power turret for milling and drilling operations, and a C-axis to save auxiliary poeration time while increasing working efficiency.

Now there is a quality CNC lathe which features quick change and modular tool slide for convenient tool change. The advanced traveling spindle provides two functions in one for maximum operational flexibility.
