Main Features

Paint Booth 
Function: 
Paint Booth is the key equipment of paint line. 
In the paint booth, customer could using automatic paint system or manual paint spray system to coat the product's surface. 
According to customer's requirement , Deli coating provide following paint booth. 
 
Omega Paint Booth- Dry type paint booth 
Material: SUS304, Galvanized sheet or Cold rolled plate 
Feature: 
1.Automatic electrostatic spraying. 
2.Ω type conveyor system, so product will automatic rotated in the booth. 
3.Strong exhaust system, if work with exhaust air treatment system, more better. 
Downdraft Water Curtain Paint Booth  
Material:PP or SUS304 ,SUS201 or GI. 
Feature: 
1.Using water to absorb the painting mist. 
2.Water recycle used. 
3.Support automatic coating and manual coating both. 
4.Fresh and clean air circulation. 
Dry Type Paint Booth 
Material:PP or SUS304 or GI. 
Filter:Dry Filter and filter cotton.  
Feature: 
1.No waster water. 
2.Using dry filter to absorb the painting mist. 

3.Change the filter 1 month 1 time then it could keep the waster air clean.
