CNC VTL equipment C5112 is a a universal single column vertical lathe, can turn the cylinder, cone and plane, for cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metal parts processing. Large VTL machinery use a combination of mechanical components, it can be assembled into a large part processing can meet customer requirement.

CNC VTL equipment is made from base,gantry frame,feed box and other components. The gantry is mainly composed of column, roof beam, middle beam and other parts. Machine maximum machining workpiece diameter is 1250mm, Maximum processing height is 1000mm.

According to the customer's processing parts and processing conditions, we can determine the table diameter, turn diameter, turning height, table speed, load, tool holder and other parameters to select the appropriate combination of mechanical components ,providing good economical mechanical products.
