Purchasing Service is our main business project for the foreigners who want to import from China . We are working for the overseas buyers in the area of production including all kinds of products . We will arrange special person follow up your business account in China and will be responsible for helping customers to source the right item for markets, bargain the price that hits their target, control the lead time and making inspection on goods before shipment. To some degree , it is just like your own purchasing office in Guangzhou , China .
The services details will be as follows:

1.To introduce the market situation to you No matter what products you want in China, we can find them for you. We can provide you as many suppliers's info for the same products as possible for you to choose the best quality with reasonable prices, to send the pictures concerned, and even the prices for your references.

2. To receive you when you visit China Seeing is believing, and we hope you can come to China for further info before you place the trial order or do business with China. We can book the hotel for you, to receive you at the airport or railway station.

3. To be your business tour in China When you stay with us here in China, we can take you to the factories or companies to negociate with the suppliers, we work as your assistant in China.

4. To be your representative in China When you return to your country, we still provide the services to you, Working as your representative in China, we can send you samples, price list, catalogues or brochures. To be a QC for the goods before delivery, to ship the goods you order,to provide other services you require.

The serving charges for one year cooperation is USD$ 4390 Firstly , you only need to pay USD$2439 as deposit for the first half a year . And only do you think our services meet your requirements here , you pay the balance USD$1951.

Above is Purchasing Service description for multi-projects . And for single project Purchasing Servcie cooperation , the serving charges for one year is totally USD$2196 .Firstly you only need to pay USD$1220 as deposit and also only do you think our service meets your requirements , you pay the balance USD$976.

Service Policy

Product or Factory Sourcing

a.Source only high quality factories, according to client's information

b.Obtain client-specified pricing information, in ten days or less.

c.Select sample product for evaluation and confirmation

d. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale

Order Follow-up

a.Verify the purchase order(s).

b.Ensure all order details are in compliance with client requests: Features, materials, color, packaging, labels, printing, UPC, etc...

c.Pre-production sample verification.

e.Ensure on-time delivery

Pre-Shipment Inspection

a.Random sampling inspection at final production line.

b. In event of failed inspection, coordinate corrections and schedule second inspection.

c.Ensure products meet both international quality inspection criteria and client-specified requirements.

d.Ensure adequate packaging and exact quantity of products per container.

e. Witness loading of containers and record sealing number of each container.

Post-shipment services

a.Contact shipping agent for original shipping documentation.

b.Advise ETD, ETA, B/L number, container number, etc...all shipping information within three days, once goods have been expedited.
