CESW Type Resistance Electric Lubricator
◆Features:
1.The time adjusting button of CESW is outside the wire box, so it is easy to adjust time from outside. The electronic box has operation indicator and interval time indicator. Two types of this CESW series, CESW-1 and CESW-2.
2.CESW-1 will feed oil after turning on the power.
3.CESW-2 can memorize operation and interval time. It can automatically save the original operation and interval time while the power is suddenly off. After turning on the power, it would work as the original setting time and avoid repeating to feed oil.
4.It used an enclosure type motor with a temperature controller. When the temperature reaches 80 degrees, the operation will stop immediately.
5.It has a buzzer that will alarm when the oil level is too low.
6.It has a feed-oil button, press the button and the oil will feed immediately.
7.It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will have abnormal signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
8.Its function is similar to CESD type. The difference is the location of the time adjusting button.
◆Application of Machines Equipment:
1.CESW-1 is suitable for the machinery that needs automatically oil feeding after turning on the power.
2.CESW-2 is suitable for the machinery that has to avoid repeating oil feeding.

◆特點
1.CESW型其時間調整鈕位於配線盒外部，可調整動作與間歇時間，電子箱附有動作、間歇指示燈，又分為CESW-1、CESW-2型。
2.CESW-1型為開機時會先自動給油，並具儲存設定值弁遄A中途斷電後再開機會依原先設定之動作與間歇時間重新循環。
3.CESW-2型為開機時會先間歇，並可記憶動作與間歇時間，即使斷電，仍會自動儲存原先之動作與間歇時間，重新開機後，則依原先設定之動作與間歇時間繼續運作。可有效避免重複給油，產生油量過多之情形。
4.採用閉極式馬達，裝有溫度控制器，當溫度達80℃時，會自動停止運轉。
5.附有蜂鳴器，油位異常時能發出警告聲響。
6.設有強制給油鍵，可手動強制給油，免於重新設定時間的困擾。
7.具有浮動開關，能於油位異常時發出訊號。浮動開關標準規格為下通電接點，即油位異常時會產生異常訊號，亦可選擇上通電接點，訂購時請先註明。
