1. The adoption of European-style Aluminum fins in radiator complies with the long-winged design in fluid mechanics. The special Aluminum alloy has good thermal conductivity and is capable of producing heat under maximum power output and with high efficiency.
2. The process of degreasing and oxidation of radiator surface prior to spray painting ensures that the paint will not fall off with pass of time and stand to the test of impact.
3. The water chamber is twice treated against corrosion to ensure it is corrosion-proof while operating in PH<12 water.
4. The complete test method, 1.6MPa hydro test and alernating cold and heat test under pressure for the individual fin and for the fin group is a good guarantee of the safety and reliability of product.
5. It is elegantly and exquisitely designed with compact size and light weight easy of installation, and no radiator hood is required, which means the high effciency of heat use and saving in refurbishment cost and space occupation.
6. It is designed to operate at low water level, which enables it to have better power output at a relatively low operation cost, and is therefore particularly suitable for single unit heating.
7. A wide and flexible choice is avaliable and the client may choose between the European style radistors of various specifications (4 to 14 groups) and tints.
8. Each group of radiators will be delivered torether with suitable radiator parts where required.
9. Auxiliary parts: discharge valve, side block cap, gasket.
10. Optional parts: gate valve, special connector for G1" to G3/4" pipe.
