產品描述

1. Applicable material: opp, pet, cpp, pvc(soft), pvc(rigid), shrinkable pvc film, pe, paper, metalized paper, aluminum foil + paper, non-woven cloth.
2. Rewinding type: differential center rewinding with duplex rewind-shafts.
3. Unwinding section:
(1)Equipped with swing-out/lift-up compatible type mechanical shaft with 3" adapters.
(2)Equipped with digital type line position control (lpc) to ensure accurate slitting position.
4. Unwinding tension control: equipped with automatic tension controller (diameter-calculating type) provide stable tension and easy operation.
5. Slitting section:
(1)Equipped with razor cutter and circular shear cutter as well as grooved roller (for razor cutter). Shear knife cutting or razor blade cutting in the air or groove is available according to material characteristics.
(2)Static eliminating device equipped.
(3)Equipped with automatic counter which will stop the machine when reaching the pre-set length.
6. Rewinding section:
(1)Swing-out type rewind stand for easy operation.
(2)Equipped with &oslah;3" bakelite collars for irregular-thickness material
(3)Equipped with lay-on rollers.
7. Rewinding tension control:
(1)Manual tension control.
(2)The rewind tension results from the friction of bakelite collars which can make the tension of each roll regular.
8. Trimmed waste: equipped with blower and expulsion tube.
