1. Applicable Material: Sealable laminated film, thickness 40-150.
2. Feeding Motor: Equipped with servo motor and driver, which can raise the speed of machine, and provide accurate bag length control.
3. Unwind Section: Equipped with feeding motor and position detector, which provides stable tension for film before entering into bag making section.
4. Bag Making:
(1)Triple sealing and one cooling device ensure the sealing of the bags.
(2)The design of safety cutter provides extra safety to the operator.
(3)SCV-N40S can seal & cut the tube made by CSV-P40, or operate as a cutting machine. With optional accessories, such as punching device or zigzag cutter, SCV-N40S can make various kinds of bags.
