Ammonia Vertical Check Valve


Ammonia uses the vertical check valve flap to use the fluid pressure difference and its own weight to achieve lift. The vertical check valve for ammonia is suitable for the vertical ammonia gas pipeline in most ammonia storage tanks to automatically prevent ammonia from flowing back.


 
 
Fast closing check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, valve stem, spring, valve flap, guide sleeve and other parts. When the pump is turned on, the valve flap rises under the water bottom thrust, opens the valve, and the spring is quickly closed by the action of the spring force. When the water flow approaches 0, the valve flap is completely closed. No water flow phenomenon, at the same time because the water can not flow back, does not produce kinetic energy, it prevents the production of water hammer.

1. The main valve body of the quick-close check valve adopts a Y-type diaphragm structure, and the sealing pair is a non-metal seal; the valve is generally required to be installed horizontally, and the connection form with the pipeline is a flange connection, and the flange connection size is in accordance with the national standard GB. /T17241.6 implementation. 
 
2. The quick-close check valve consists of valve body, valve cover, center shaft, copper sleeve, valve seat, valve flap and other major parts. It is achieved by controlling the up and down movement of the valve flap. 
 
 3. The quick-close check valve has the characteristics of automatic hydraulic control and can be interlocked with the pump. When the pump stops, it can quickly stop back and prevent the water hammer from acting. 
 
 4. Closed check valve sealing effect is good, to ensure that the valve leakage is zero leakage. 
 
 5. The body of the quick-close check valve adopts a Y-shaped streamlined structure and has a reasonable structure. 
 
 6. The quick-close check valve enables on-line maintenance. 
 
 7. Castings are cast using advanced casting techniques. Good surface finishes are to be applied. Paints shall be painted and the color of the finish shall be determined by the buyer.
