Plug valves are a type of flow control valve that
allow the user to increase or decrease flow by rotating the handle or other
similar operation. The user may have to adjust the valve to the desired flow
rate, with the valve able to hold the flow rate consistently and reliably.
Other popular flow control valves include needle and fine metering valves, but
they generally have more moving parts than plug valves, which makes them more
expensive and harder to maintain.

Pressure balance lubricated plug valves are metal seated valves providing a tight shut off sealing, valve shall be regularly lubricated along with their operation by injection of suitable grease which normally applicated in natual gas pipeline, oil field industry etc with maintenance free for decades.Pressure balance lubricated plug valves are used for on/off and throttling service in demanding process applications with media temperatures ranging from -29℃ to 540℃. Standard sizes from 1/2" to 24", ANSI classes 150,300, 600, 900 & 1500. Body & plug materials range from  carbon steel , stainless steel, duplex steel. They Provide an excellent resistance to abrasion as well as free from routine maintenance and long service life.
