Mobile Concrete Mixing Station Features:
</h3>

1. Automatic feed mixer hydraulic system pressure should be in accordance with the instructions, can not be adjusted. Hydraulic oil and oil should meet the original requirements.

Before the mobile concrete mixing station reaches the site and unloads, the mixer should rotate at full speed for 14-18 revolutions per minute for 1-2 minutes and then reverse. The stirrer should stop turning before reversing.


 


3.Concrete mixer temperature is higher than 25 degrees Celsius, from charging, transport to discharge time of not more than 60 minutes; temperature below +25 degrees Celsius, the time should not exceed 90 minutes.


 


4. After the mixer is discharged, immediately rinse the hopper, discharge trough and so on. Back to the mixing station on the road, will be 150-200 liters of water into the blender, cleaning the cylinder wall and leaves combined with the concrete residue.
