1.    The Product
Description


We are a professional of parallel shaft helical
gearbox and F Helical Gear Speed Reducer, wildely used in metallurgy, water treatment,
chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.


Our parallel shaft helical gearmotors are the perfect
solution when space is limited. The many different sizes and designs ensure
that the gearmotors can be used in a wide variety of applications even under
the most unfavorable conditions. F series parallel shaft helical gearmotors are
typically used in conveyor and materials processing applications. You can
choose from foot-mounted, flange-mounted or shaft-mounted options. Reduced
backlash parallel shaft helical gear units are also available on request for
precise positioning tasks.


The F Helical Gear Reducer consists of
2-stage or 3-stage helical gears. The gears are made of high quality alloy
steel. The surface is hardened with the processes of carburizing and quenching;
the teeth are made by fine grinding. So, as a whole, the gear is characterized
with good tightness.


With a high torque rating from 130 Nm to 18,000 Nm,
our F Helical Bevel Gear Reducer offer great performance in many conveying
and processing applications.


Because we are using imported NAK oil seals and CTY
oil seals, the excellent sealing performance can speak for itself. In addition,
each Parallel Shaft Drill Gear Reducer has to pass sealing test before outgoing.
