1. Screw/barrel
material: 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel.
With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing
and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60,  roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm


2. Heating zone: Four mica
heaters are in the area of charging barrel, one heater is in the handpiece area.Each area has a copper cooling fan covered with security wind shield.


3. Cooling facility: Three groups of multi-wing fans to cool air
quietly and strongly.


4. Driving system: Precision gear reduction
motor.


5.Electric control system: PID/LED/RKC intelligent digital display temperature
controller, precision smart digital instrument control and display of all
process parameters, including temperature control, drive, pressure, joint
