KEMA Mirror aluminum rolls stock is high reflective >80% under visible light and >80% under infrared ray, aluminum rolls stock is widely used in lighting and lamp reflector and place that need insulation.the lampshades made by mirror aluminum coil are used in exhibition center ,office and hotel.aluminum Coil material 1060 and 1100 (H16/ H14),the mirror layer PET is made by Dupont Company,it's flexile and strenght,this mirror layer paste on aluminum plate under high temperature and vacuum condition, the advantage of Composite mirror aluminum sheet reflection rate 84% to 86%;Tensile Strength 160Mpa,Elongation at break >70%;Thermal expansion rate <3%;melting point >238℃;peel strength 23±2℃>1KG(standard GB2794-81-84);Abrasive resistance:Use 5*6cm flat board with gauze under 0.3kg/cm2 ,sliding speed of 120cm/min, 5 times of vertical and horizontal, requireing no change in reflectance and minimal fine lines.This aluminum sheet is bent and pressed to make reflector without fracture or wrinkle.

A:Dear buyer, there are different craft mirror aluminum, for polished mirror reflection rate 84% ,laminated mirror 84%-86%, anodized aluminum mirror >86% .


 


2)  What's the different between polished, laminated or anodized ?


A: Polish aluminum is cheap but easy oxide and corrosion,laminated mirror is oxidation resisting and bright appearance, anodized mirror is best appearance but price expensive.


 


3)  Can you cut into small size?


A: Yes we can, strip and small size are available to make;


 


4)  Do you have aluminum strip in coil?

5) What is your MOQ?


A:  MOQ 1Ton for plate and 2 Ton for roll.
