Pharmacological
action:Pharmacodynamics Spectinomycin belong to aminoglycoside
antibiotic,against a wide range of gram negative bacteria,such as Escherichia

streptococcus,pneumococcus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and certain
Mycoplasma(such as Mycoplasma gallisepticum,Turkey mycoplasma and Mycoplasma
synoviae) sensitive.Not sensitive to Streptococcus and Staphylococcus
aureus.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Treponema usually resistant.Intestinal
bacteria to spectinomycin resistance widely,but dose not show cross resistance
with streptomycin.Forest neomycin class of anaerobic bacteria have good
antibacterial activity,flies spp,peptococcus,Peptostreptococcus,Clostridium
tetani,Clostridium perfringens and most of actinomycetes etc-Lincomycin acts mainly on
the bacterial ribosome subunit 50S,and the effect of protein synthesis
inhibition by lengthening the chain. It is Common Antibiotics Used In Poultry.


Pharmacokinetic study Spectinomycin
oral absorption after only 7%,but maintain a high concentration in the
gastrointestinal tract.The tissue concentration of the drug was lower than that
of the serum,Is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid and the eye,and the
plasma original protein binding rate is not 
high,Most of the drugs are excreter by glomerular filtration.Lincomycin
oral absorption effect is poor,can absorb the dosage of 30%~40%.Food can reduce

Drug interactions:
