Construction procedure:


1,Bottom coating:


1)Use water-based epoxy primer: the main paint and curing agent are mixed in proportion and stirred evenly;


2)Roller evenly, no leakage;


3)The door, wall corner, wall foot, machine foot and so on use hair brush painting.


2,In the coating mortar:


1)Use water-based epoxy primer: the main paint and curing agent shall be mixed with a proportion of 40 ~ 100 mesh quartz sand to mix well;


2)Use the batch knife as a whole for 1 ~ 2 times;


3)After curing, polish the defects such as the scar, and clean up.


3,The putty layer:


1)Use water-based epoxy paint: the main paint and curing agent should be mixed with a proper amount of filler (such as quartz powder and talcum powder) to mix evenly.


2)Use the batch knife to cover 1 ~ 2 times, focusing on filling the holes in the ground;


3)After curing, clean up the defects such as knife marks, vacuum cleaners and dry wet towels.


4,Surface coating:


1)Water-based epoxy finish: the main paint and curing agent are mixed in proportion, stirring evenly, and the water is added to the suitable construction viscosity;


2)Use the prepared roller to coat the top paint, and evenly roll the coating, requiring uniform coating, no leakage, 2 times, or spraying 1 to 2 times.
