Construction procedures:


1, base treatment: Grind the base surface, clean and dry;


 


2, bottom coating: Using epoxy anti-static bottom oil roller brush, the reference dosage is about 0.2 kg / m;


3, ground copper mesh:  The grounding resistance should be less than 10 ohms by laying copper foil at transverse longitudinal intervals of less than 6 meters and grounding according to GBJ97 method. 
4, medium coated mortar: Use solvent-free epoxy antistatic coating, mix 1-3) quartz sand, scrape to the required thickness; 
5, putty layer: Use solvent-free epoxy antistatic coating, mix 1-3) quartz powder, scrape twice; 
6, surface coating: The antistatic self-leveling material is directly used with a special tooth-trowel, which is scraped and coated on the putty layer of qualified electrostatic, and defoaming with the toothed roller.
