The maximum current of three IR LED 12MIL 850nm chips can reach 180mA at the same time (single current is 60ma*3 crystal). That 850nm LED 5050 IR LED is mainly used for infrared light source, infrared video shooting light source, burglar alarm light source or interphone, and remote control car.
