500nm LED and 505nm LED are often used in traffic green LED, which is got a high power visible cyan LED. It has an high output 5500 mcd and a peak wavelength of 505nm. The color of 505nm is called cyan, or aqua so that people also can called it as 505nm cyan LED or 505nm aqua LED. These 505nm LED was packaged with surface mount device case so this Green SMD LED has the advantages of the SMD LED, which emits 120º beam of illumination.
