Beta-Barium Borate(β-BaB2O4 or BBO) crystal combines high damage threshold, high
optical homogeneity, good optical, electronic, chemical and mechanical
properties, which can realize the phase matching over a wide spetral range from
410 to 3500nm, especially efficient SHG output up to deep ultraviolet
wavelength 213nm. BBO is a great choice for EO applications of high power high
repetition rate lasers, and also second, third, fourth harmonic generation
of Dye, Ti: Sapphire and Nd laser, besides, BBO is often used in OPA and OPO
applications.&nbsp;

20x20mm2 for SHG, THG, FHG applications, BBO surfaces are Brewster
cut, or&nbsp; AR coated, as well as BBO OPO
