Smart Card Milling and Pulling Out Wire Machine is one model of dual interface card machines, which can mill cavities on finished dual interface cards and then pulling out embedded antenna. It integrates functions of cavities milling, wire pulling out, wire collating, detecting and collecting. Highly automation helps reduce rejection rate and improve productivity greatly.


Compared to traditional wire pulling out machine, this model of slot milling and wire pulling out machine adopts laser technology to pull out wire, which has higher precision and working speed than manual pulling or mechanical wire pulling methods.


With integration of advance technology, stable running performance and high working precision make it the best choice to pull out wire of dual interface card.

Milling station is controlled by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.01 mm, Z axis accuracy:  ± 0.01 mm and flatness accuracy:  ±0.02 mm.
