The key is the new heat sink design that ensures that the light stays cool and extends its life. Replace your old 100, 175, 250 400 or even 1000w Metal Halide lights with a high efficiency LED area light. Save money and replace bulbs less often with a 100,000 hour rated LED. Fixture is also ideal for new installations. Light up an area of your Flood Light, walkways and sports court for safety and aesthetics.

For every piece of Hygea Modular LED tunnel / flood Light, must be aging 3 days and are tested in different procedures.


No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work stably and standardly under


extreme temperature environment.


No. 2: Anti-Corrosion Testing, to make sure the modular led flood /tunnel lights are working well even under


corrosive environment.


No. 3: Drop Testing, to make sure the light fixture remain good even dropped from high places


No. 4: Anti-Vibration Testing, to make sure the packages are strong and good enough for delivery.


No. 5~6: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric datas.
