This stator lacing production machine adopts turntable plates structure with four working station, equipped with stator pressing device, auto feeding device, auto wire feeding device, auto knotting device, auto cutting device and ect. Overhang winding adopts twin needle lacing simultaneously. Needle transpositioning, hooking and stator indexing are controlled by five spindle servo system.


 


Different lacing pattern can be set, such as slot by slot lacing, interval slot lacing and fancy lacing. With fast speed, low noise, simple operation and easy tooling change, this machine can be connected to automatic stator production line.


 


 



Due to the four
working station, this automatic stator coil lacing machine is of high automation.Moreover, this lacing machine is equipped with a
conveyor to transfer the stators. It is conrolled by PLC, and all the parameter can
be displayed and set in the touch screen. The machine can store
different stator parameter.  During lacing
process, operator load the stators, then the machine will automatically
do the lacing process.
