type of  BLDC needle coil winder machine is widely applied in BLDC stator. Equiping with servo system, this needle winder can automatically do winding,
arraying, indexing, cutting, demolding process. Other function such as auto winding, multi-diameter wires
winding, auto indexing, auto skip slot and winding speed could be edited in the touch screen. It can also diagnose fault, count
output, etc. This machine is easy to operate and
maintain.

Application: 
This machine is suitable for winding fan motor and BLDC stator.


Operation step 
1.  Power on the machine 
2. Thread the wire 
3. Put stator to the working station table 
4. Adjust the tooling according to different model stator 
5. Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data. 
6. Press "start" button. 
7. Machine will automatically do winding. 
8. Take out the stator
