Compressor motor stator winding and inserting machine
</h3>

This stator winding and inserting machine is used to wind coil into tooling, then insert coil and wedge into stator slot. The whole process is done by machine automatically. It has four working stations, two for coil winding, the other two for coil and wedge inserting. Wedge will be cut, formed, and inserted by machine. 


 



During winding, the coil will be auto wound to the tooling, so as to
avoid the wire damage and snap caused by wire cross and disorder during
manual wire transfer.  This machine can detect the wire coating damage.
The inserting station is controlled by servo motor. The parameter can be
set in the touch screen. 



 



Application 
It is suitable for air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor and pump motor and other motors.
