Machine features: 


 


This lacing machine is controlled by PLC, different stator slot configurations can be set in the touch screen, like  the lacing type, like slot by slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing. During machine operation, operator only need to load and unload the stators. 


 




It is consist of machine body, needle, nozzle rotating part, needle fore and back movement, nozzle swing part, needle up and down movement part, stator indexing part, thread feeding,thread cutting part. It has a mechanical cam operated drive system to keep a perfect phasing of the needle movement during the lacing cycle.
