產品描述

1. Standards:


ACSR should be designed and manufactured in accordance with standards of GB / T 1179,IEC61089,ASTM B231,ASTM B232,BS215,DIN48201 etc.


 
 2. Usage


ACSR is suitable for all voltage grade of overhead transmission and distribution lines.


 


3. Types


JL/G1A(LG),ACSR,range:16~1250 mm2. 
Note:(1) The steel core can be change to high-strength or extra-high strengh,which can enhance the tensile strength of the wire, 
 (2)ACSR shall have three cases of grease applied as protection against corrosion; 
 case1:steel core only greased; 
 case2:all the conductor is greased except the outer layer; 
 case3:all the conductor is greased except the outer surface of the wires in the outer layer. 
 4. Characteristics 



ACSR has such good characteristics as simple structure,low cost for the line,convenient installation and maintenance,large transmission capacity and suitable for laying across rivers and valleys or other place with special geogrphical features,etc.Anti-corrosion ACSR generally used for coastal and chemical regions whitch cause serious corrosion to bare conductor ,anti-corrosion ACSRcan improve the sevice life of bare conductor,
