Motor magnets are referred to arc shaped magnets with constant magnetic powers,motor magnets are inlude the neodymium magnets, ceramic magnets (ferrite magnet), smco magnets.The neodymium magnet reserve the stronggest magnetic field by which will consume less electricity cost than ceramic magnets and smco magnets.


Motor magnets are generally used in AC and DC brush/brushless motors,stepping motors, servo motors and other motors, the motor magnets have been extensively applying in modern industry, military industry,and aviation industry.


 


 


Main Manufacturing process of ndfeb magnets


1.Pressing ndfeb garins: pressing process needed to operate in strong magnetic environment.


2.Sintering of ndfeb blocks: sintering process usually in a vacuum furnace at 800~1400 ℃ environment .


3.Wire
cut: ndfeb magnet usually are in small and different sizes, cutting
process need operated on wire cut machine controlled by automatic
system.


4.Grinding of Ndfeb magnet: Operate on artificial diamond polish tool.


5.Plating: Neodymium
magnets had been treated with electrical plating,otherwise it will rust
in the air. Platings that have been successfully applied to neodymium
magnets are epoxy plating,nickel plating,NICUNI plating,zinc palting tin plating and
even silver plating and gold plating.


6.Magnetization of NdFeB,  north pole magnetization facility and south magnetization facility are both needed.(2~100 Koe)
