pressure resistance Pneumatic rubber bumper, As the customer's requirement, a
collision test for two ships, which were a 300000 - ton supertanker hanged four
large ChangLin fenders and a 150000 - ton oil tanker, was made in the South
China Sea within the actual wind and wave, the entire process was recorded down
by video camera. The experiment proved that ChangLin pneumatic fenders have
enough strength, good flexibility, can fully absorb the enormous impact energy
generated by berthing contact between two vessels or between a vessel and
berthing facilities. Figure 3.5 is a typical screen shot of live video. This
picture reproduced by international magazines, later became ChangLin fender's
endorsements image.

force Pneumatic rubber fender, it is the same material with Marine Airbag, but
the different produce technology have the different performance and function. We test it by the 500T press machine for
the compression performance test, in Compression test at defection 20%D and
40%D, our burst test show, the burst rate is 10 times pressure than standard,
so absolute safety performance is our fenders most popular in over the world,
meantime, we also have enough confidence to compare with Yokohama Fenders,
300,000T VLCC successful berth with another VLCC, that`s the best evidence.
