DTZ series hydraulic static pile driver, is a kind of eco-friendly foundation equipment, features with no noise, no vibration, no pollution, high piling efficiency, and excellent piling quality, it has wide application in pile pressing, the specifications range from 80 to 1200 tons piling press to suit different foundation conditions and customers, meanwhile, we can provide special design for customer's requirement.

The pile driver is composed of clamping box, pile pressing mechanism, rise mechanism, travel mechanism, crane, hydraulic system, electric system and so on. It can finish all the pile lifting, pile pressing (including press side and corner pile), travel, and steering. The machine is convenient to press concrete spun pile, square pile, H pile, and other precast pile at the site of:

1. Clay, soft soil, sand layer, etc.
2. Noise regulated urban area.
3. Vibration regulated areas, such as, near old buildings, precision instrument buildings, subway, overpass, etc.
