This kit uses enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) based on biotindouble antibody sandwich technology to assayHumanInsulin(INS). AddInsulin(INS) to wells that are pre-coated with Insulin(INS) monoclonal antibodyand then incubate. After incubation, add anti Insulin(INS) antibodies labeled with biotin tounite with Streptavidin-HRP, which forms the immune complex. Remove unboundenzymes after incubation and washing, then add substrate A and B. The solutionwill turn blue and change to yellow with the effect of acid. The shades of solutionand the concentration of HumanInsulin(INS) are positively correlated.
