產品描述

Pepsin is the main protease ofvertebrate gastric juice. It is extracted from healthy porcine gastric mucosa and made after drying and porphyrizing.

Standard: CP2010, USP34, NF and EP7

Properties: it is white orlight yellow amorphous powder with a special meat and slightly sour smell. Itis soluble in water, hygroscopic. The aqueous solution shows acidity.

Main Specification:

CP2010 standard: activity is no less than 3800 u/g (actual activity 10000 – 15000 u/g). Loss on drying is no more than 5.0%.

USP34 standard: activity is 1:3000 u/g.Residue is less than 5.0%. Loss on drying is less than 5.0%. Heavy Metals are less than 20 ppm.

NF standard: activity is 1:3000 u/g.Residue is less than 5.0%. Loss on drying is less than 5.0%.

Function and Usage: It can be used as a digestant. It is a digest protein. It is used for indigestion which is caused by lack of pepsin or digestive function reduced after an illness.

Note: it is prohibited to be mixed with basic drugs.

Storage: sealed and stored in dry place. It is valid for one and a half years.
