4)producing process:

After receiving the order of trolley handle,injection moulding and stamping begin simultaneously.

01.stamping including cutting,drilling,After drilling,is pipe surface treatment,and the next step is to distribute the worked pipe to the assembly department.

02.Injection department produce plastic parts,and the worked plastic parts are distributed to the assembly department.

03.The assembly department will assemble the plastic parts and worked pipie .and the end-product.

04.The last step is to send the end-product to the warehouse.
