Nylon Film / BOPA Film from Donghong Packing are Biaxially-oriented polyamide film. These PA films are well suited for packaging applications requiring excellent strength, toughness, and clarity and oxygen barrier. Nylon film / BOPA film is used, generally in combination with BOPP, BOPET, CPP, PE, LLDPE or other polymers, for flexible and thermoformable multi-layer films. The PA layer in the multi-layer film performs the function of a gas and aroma barrier, and gives the composite thermoforming properties, together with mechanical strength.
Our Nylon Film has been approved by FDA and EC for food packaging with superb transparency, non-toxicity, odorless-ness, oil and chemical resistance.
Our simultaneous biaxially-oriented nylon film provide the strength, toughness, puncture and burst resistance that enable flexible pouches to withstand the strenuous retort process, shelf life requirements and demanding shipping and handling distribution.
