1. This ZG50 Head Stainless Steel Tube Mill can produce not only stainless steel round pipe, square pipe, rectangle pipe, but also oval pipe, semicircular pipe and cinquefoil pipe. It also can produce aluminium pipe, copper pipe and carbon steel pipe.

Production Flow Chart
1.First, the coil is set onto the uncoiled, and the steel strip is loosened and being transported into the forming machine.
2.The steel strip is first flattened out, and is processed through rollers to the desired pipe diameter.
3. The machine then welds, straightens and cuts the pipe to the length set in the automated cutting machine, and transports the finished pipe to the unloading shelf, where quality inspection can be performed.
