Silver flux-cored wire is our new developed product, no need to add more flux, and could solve the difficult and complex operation problems effectively. It has been a new ideal brazing materials.
Availability: Our flux cored silver brazing materials numerous advantages compared to traditional metal joining methods. It consists of a filler metal in strip form that is rolled around a powdered flux. For mostly instead of hand manual torch brazing, especially recommend for automatically brazing working cycle.

Method:
1.Remove oil and rust away from work piece.
2.Heat welding position evenly by moving welding torch.
3.When temperature reaches 420℃, flux cored rod should be added. Then rod melts, and make it flow into the joint evenly.
4.When the welding seam full, move torch away.
Cool down.
