Crownroad polyester twist film is an environmental-friendly new product with high performance (product number ZN101), which is provided with excellent dead folding performance (ie, twisted memory function). PET twist film has good transparency and gloss and can reflect overall effect of the packaged goods more intuitively and more beautifully. It does not contain halogen elements, complies with food safety regulations, and is the best choice to replace the traditional PVC twist film.
Product Features: it has excellent thickness uniformity with normal thickness of 19um and 23um.
The tensile strength is high, and the product is suitable for high speed automatic packaging machine.
It has high surface tension and good printing performance.
It is thinner with lower density and low weight for per unit area.
Safety Certification: Crownroad PET twist film strictly implements food quality and safety testing, and passes both national QS food safety detection and international authority SGS testing and certifications.
Instructions for use: Crownroad PET twist film adopts large-sale and standardized mass production, and is provided with complete packaging condition. The standard packaging modes include the follows: 7000 m /roll; every 6-8 rolls/pallet;
Single - roll protective film packaging + bubble film;
Pallet periphery is coupled with double-l ayer protective film, upper and lower double-layer plywood and packaged belts;
Each roll has an ex-factory inspection label;
Please label during ordering if you have special requirements;
Scope of use: candy twist packaging; dry beef twist packaging; chocolate packaging; wash aluminum packaging and the like.
