natural rubber can be used for various purposes ranging from
laboratory stoppers ,to masking devices in finishing and soldering
applications,Common uses in finishing are to plug holes and threads
on metalwork during painting ,electro static powder coating ,plating
and anodising,The silicone rubber tapered plugs will withstand
temperatures up to 315C ,making them most suitable during stoving
cycles ,When used for masking in painting and powder coating ,the
bungs are best insered after any precleaning operations ,into the hole
After finishing and stoving ,the plugs can be easily removed ,
with a slight twist ,to break the film of coating ,other types of
masking devices are available
