Unit composition: Twin-screw extruder or single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating table, traction machines, horizontal cutting machine, and stacker
The line uses our unique wood-plastic technology and recipe. With different mold it can produce different plastic sheet.
Haul-off uses the unique technology of our company, working steady, good reliability, traction powerfull. Using special vacuum stereotypes swirl cooling system, to facilitate cooling stereotypes, and to meet the needs of the production features of the wide WPC plate. Horizontal cutting device and sheet pulling speed is consistent. Reasonable design, stable operation, automatic length cutting, and equipped with dust recovery unit.
