The series equipment uesd for PET bottle filling all sorts of juice/wine/mineral water/pure water and non-carbonated beverage, realizing rinsing filling capping in one machine.

Introducing foreign latest technology, adopting filling principle of testing liquid surface with pressure type. Filling speed quickly, liquid surface control stably, no drop leak.

Spring type washing clamp hands, empty bottle turn 180 degree automatically with track, two blushing steps in inside and outside of bottle.

Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, the power of screw capping can be adjusted step-less. It can use constant power to screw capping the plastic caps, don't hurt the lid and sealing reliable.

The machine adopts PLC computer program control system, with funtion of automatically controlling liquid surface in material tank, stop filling and capping when no bottle. The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the speed steplessly.
