Wire mesh deck is a main products of our factory.It is wildly used in warehouse,as an acompany of rack.The outside finish of wire mesh can be powder coated,galvanized, and also spraypaint.
Wire Mesh Decking is commonly used as a safety measure on selective pallet rack to prevent pallets or the products stored on them from falling through the rack structure. Wire mesh decking comes in various thicknesses and mesh dimensions. Wire mesh construction also allows for easy identification of shelf contents and prevents dirt and other debris from accumulating on the shelves because of the holes in the mesh.
It is also recommended as a safety feature because the wire mesh allows for the sprinkler systems to work more efficiently should there be a fire in the workplace. Another bonus feature is that it also allows more light to enter, thus making it much easier to see and identify SKU's when picking orders.
Most wire mesh decking has U-shaped channel supports, also known as struts, to support the load. With this waterfall decking, the wire mesh extends across the top and down the front of the beam to provide more support, and is more desirable in the marketplace.

Each mesh deck has a capacity rating that exceeds 2,000 lbs UDL ( uniformed distributed load ) This means that it can carry 2,000 lbs as long as the load is distributed along the entire surface of the mesh deck, and not on any one particular smaller area, commonly referred to as a point load.
