Natural Crystalline Graphite

Graphite is a material that has both metallic and non-metallic properties. It is an excellent conductor of both electricity and heat with a temperature resistance above 3500 degrees Celsius - the minimum temperature of the sun's photosphere.
Our mine and processing facility produce high carbon natural flake graphite with a purity level ranging from 90%-99.95%. Flake size ranges from 45 to 500 microns (32-325mesh) with naturally low sulfur, iron and copper content. Our graphite has the characters: perfect flake crystallization, thin flake but excellent toughness, extra ordinary physical and chemical performance, perfect electrical conductivity and thermal resistance.
Applications
i) a critical component in many leading edge alternative energy solutions, including batteries and hydrogen fuel cells,
ii) being used in the production of electrodes and brushes on electric motors.
iii) a key component in metallurgy and refractories, and used as a release agent in mold, die and form linings when making metal parts and castings.
iv) it is employed as an additive in a multitude of polymer compounds.
v) coatings in metallurgical industry, and carbon brush in electronics industry
vi) other uses include catalysts, synthetic diamonds, ceramics, pencils, and as a dry lubricant.

Ultra Fine Graphite Powder

Developing the advanced processing technology for the ultra-fine graphite powder, we are able to produce ultra-fine graphite powder with annual 6000mt produciton capacity. Compared with the traditional grinding technology, it has the great breakthrough in technology. The quality of our ultra fine graphite is very consistent and stable. The particle size ranges from 3 microns to 45 microns.
Applications:
i) water base forging lubricant and agent in welding flux & coating;
ii) solid lubricant, blending with MoS2, Pb, Sn, Be, added to sinter friction materials;
iii) essential component of welding rods and high duty refractory bricks;
v) coloring agent which can produce low friction exterior surfaces;
iv) anti-static agent, heat-spreading stuffing; thermal conductor;
v) conductive agent in Alkaline battery.

Amorphous Graphite Powder
Amorphous graphite is the least graphitic of the natural graphite. However, the term "amorphous" is a misnomer since the material is still crystalline. Amorphous graphite is found as minute particles in beds of mesomorphic rocks such as coal, slate or shale deposits. The graphite content ranges from 25% to 85% dependent on the geological conditions. We have the graphite powder as Size: 100, 150, 200, 325 mesh, and the Fixed carbon is 70-90%.
Application: pencil, battery graphite bearings, foundry material, fire-proof material, dyestuff and lubrication materials
