Muscovite

Muscovite is a kind of mica found in many types of igneous and metamorphic rocks, with the properties of stable insulation, high-temperature resistance, luster, physical and chemical stability, together with excellent thermal insulation, flexibility and toughness. We are able to produce the muscovite powder ranged from 20 to 2500 mesh, which have the good schlupfrigkeit and strong adhesion.
Application:
i) Additive to industrial coating which may enhance the property of ageing resistance and the durability of coating;
ii) Used in painting to anti-rust, prevent pollution, resist radiation.
iii) Wildly used in PC, PV, PU to improve mechanical property, insulation property and chemical stability.
iv) Substitute of Titanium Dioxide to prevent the dehiscence of electrode covering and improve the welding property.

Biotite
Biotite is a common rock-forming silicate mineral. The biotite powder we produced ranges from 20 to 2500 mesh.

Application:
i) Filler to rubber and plastic,
ii) Baking powder of biotite fixed with zeolite and boric sludge process to mineral fertilizer with multiple nutrient elements
iii) Dielectric of capacitor and thermocouple tube;
