BTA is white or light yellow needle shaped crystallite, melting point is 98.5, boiling point is 204oC (15mm mercury column), slightly soluble to water, soluble to organic solvent, such as alcohol, benzene, toluene and chloroform.

This product can also be used with many dirty-resistance agent and sterilized algaecide, especially for the corrosion mitigation effect of the airproofing circulation cooling water system.
