STRUCTURE OF BULLET-PROOF GLASS

Bullet-proof Glass is usually made from multi-chip tempered glass and plastic film laminated together, typically include three-tier structure: Anti-shock Layer: also know as Force-bearing layer, usually made of thicker tempered glass of high intensity. This glass will deform the bullet and prevent the movement of the bullet.

Interlayer: made from Organic bonding materials with strong Adhesion, good Lightfastness and Ductility, which would absorb the energy of impace and change the direction of movement of bullet.

Security Protect Layer: made from High-strength glass or Transparent organic materials which could absorb most impace energy to ensure the bullet not Penetrate.
